PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The examined plot is on the other side of Kaunas Old Town and New Town, but their proximity is strongly felt after the construction of the new Čiurlionis pedestrian bridge. The center of Kaunas would be easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Feeling the proximity of the central part of the city and the scale of the old town p5 quarters – buildings with a longitudinal street repeating the axis of the existing rails, and 6 transverse streets towards the river, three of which descend to the river with a slope, creating a connection with water from the middle of the plot.
