BIM: Thanks to BIM technologies building construction time decreased noticeably. We also made ,, As Built” model which allows to optimize building maintenance and running costs.
Cost: Amount of material that will be needed for construction was given to the client even before technical project, so client could evaluate building cost without big deviation. As this building will meet A energy efficiency class and also will be managed using BIM software its maintenance costs will be much lower than usual.
Unique design: This building will be built from reinforced concrete, decorated with exclusive architecture. It is planned to build prefabricated parking garage next to the building.
